Broccoli and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoonButter; or margarine
- 1/2 cupOnion; chopped
- 1 can (4 oz)Mushroom; sliced
- 20 ounceBroccoli; chopped
- 2 cupWild rice; cooked
- 1 canCream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoonSalt
- 8 ounceColby Jack cheese; shredded
- 1 cupHomestyle croutons
- 2 tablespoonButter; or margarine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; saute onion until tender (5 to 7 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in mushrooms, broccoli, wild rice, soup, salt and cup of the cheese.
Spoon into buttered 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Combine croutons and margarine; layer over cheese.
Bake, uncovered, until heated through (25 to 30 minutes).
