- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 cups cooked shrimp OR crabmeat
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes, each cut into 4 wedges
- 12 whole black olives
- 8 asparagus spears, steamed and cooled
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into fourths

Step 1
Arrange salad greens evenly on dinner plates; top with shrimp or crabmeat. Around the perimeter, place sliced avocado, tomato wedges and olives; garnish with asparagus spears.
