Choose the shank portion of the ham because it fits in a slow cooker better and makes a prettier presentation than the butt portion. Do not use a pre-sliced ham.

- 1 (7 to 7 1/2 lb) fully cooked, bone-in ham See note above
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple juice

Preparation
Step 1
Remove skin and excess fat from ham. Score fat on ham, 1" apart, in a diamond pattern. Place ham in a 6 qt. slow cooker.
Stir together brown sugar, honey, mustard and apple juice in a small bowl. Brush mixture over ham. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 140 degrees.
