    Tbsp Oil

    Cup Green Pepper, chopped

  • 1

    Cup Onion, chopped

  • 1

    clove Garlic

  • 2

    tsp Salt

  • Pepper to taste

  • 2

    tsp (or more) Worchestershire Sauce

  • 1/4

    tsp Thyme or Marjoram or both

  • 3

    Cups water

  • 1 1/2

    Cups uncooked Rice

  • 1 to 2

    Cups chopped Chicken or Turkey

  • 1 to 2

    Cups cubed cooked Ham

Directions

Heat oil and cook green pepper, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in seasonings and water and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in meats. Bring to a boil and add rice. Again bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
