Ingredients
- 11 angel food cake baked and torn into bite sized pieces
- 1pkg1 pkg strawberry jello
- 1 1/4cups1 1/4 cups fresh mashed strawberries
- 4cups4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1cup1 cup whipping cream
- 2tbsp2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2tsp1/2 tsp vanilla
- fresh strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
Combine jello and mashed berries in pan. Heat till jello dissolves. Remove from heat and add ice cream. In angel food pan, make 3 layers of cake pieces and strawberry mixture. Pat down each layer with a spoon. Refrigerate overnight.
Whip cream and beat in sugar and vanilla. Turn cake onto serving platter. Frost with cream and garnish with strawberries.
Refrigerate till service
