Ingredients
- topping:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 10 oz. jar seedless jam
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Step 1
grease 9x9x2" baking pan
mix topping ingredients and set aside
mix first 4
in another bowl beat butter with electric mixer for 30 sec.
add sugar, beat well until combined
add egg, sour ceam, and vanilla
beat till smooth
beat in flour mix until just combined
spread batter into pan
spoon fruit over top and spread evenly
sprinkle crumb mix over all
bake 350 for 40-45 min. or until toothpick comes out clean
cool on rack 20 min.
serve warm
