Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 lb shrimp (raw, medium-size) uncooked, peel/devein
  • 4 lg tomatoes; seeded & chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil; chopped
  • 1/3 cup black olives; sliced
  • 3 lg garlic; minced
  • 2 Tbs shallots; minced
  • 1 tsp Salt & pepper; to taste
  • 1 parmesan cheese; grated
  • 12 oz noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in heavy skillet over med-high heat. Add shrimp, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic, shallot and salt & pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink (about 3 minutes). Cook pasta; toss with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
