Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh ground cooked pork
- 1 cup fresh roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup julienned scallions
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 3/4 Thai chilies, chopped up
- Fresh ginger to preference (optional)
- 1 head butter leaf lettuce
