Ingredients

    pound fresh ground cooked pork

  • 1

    cup fresh roasted peanuts

  • ½

    cup julienned scallions

  • ¾

    cup sugar

  • ½

    cup lime juice

  • ¾

    Thai chilies, chopped up

  • Fresh ginger to preference (optional)

  • 1

    head butter leaf lettuce

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl 2. Wrap in butter-leaf lettuce cups and serve on a plate
