rolled graham crackers-mix and line pan
3-8oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
5 eggs-one at a time

bake 325 for 40 min

when cool, top with
1pt sour cream
3 tblsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

bake 325-15 min
