Ingredients
- 8 * 8 stalks celery, cut on the diagonal into 1/2-inch pieces
- 20 * 20 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half length-wise
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 * 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
- * fleur de sel or medium-coarse sea salt, to taste

Directions
1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. On a baking sheet, combine the celery, garlic and oil. Season with salt.
3. Roast for about 10 minutes, stir, and roast for about 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with chopped celery leaves and adjust the seasoning.
