Ingredients

  • 4 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs-beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp dyhydrated onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Pinch of Herbs
  • 1 small ball of mozzarella cheese-grated

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and add oil. Then add all of the ingredients except the cheese.

Spray with Pam a 2 quart baking dish. Add half of the zucchini mixture then a layer of cheese and the rest of the zucchini mixture and top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
