Peanut blossoms

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup Peter butter
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• unwrapped Hershey's kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and peanut butter together.
Add sugars and beat until fluffy.
Mix in egg, vanilla and milk -- beat well.
Sift together flour, soda, and salt.
Gradually add to wet mixture and mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls and then rolling granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375° or until slightly browned.
Place Hershey's kiss on each cookie while hot.
