FAJITA PIZZA

Ingredients
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium red pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 packages refrigerated pizza crusts
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Pantry Southwestern Seasoning Mix (or fajita seasoning mix)
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ cup chunky salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons cilantro

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut peppers into ½ inch strips. Cut onion into ½ wedges. Cut chicken into thin strips.
Lightly sprinkle stone (or other flat surface) with flour. Unroll dough and arrange side by side. Roll edges, pressing seam to seal.
Heat stir fry skillet over high heat. Add ½ teaspoon of oil and chick. Stir 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is not longer pink. Remove from skillet and add remaining oil, peppers, onion and seasoning. Press garlic over vegetables. Stir fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Remove from heat. Add salsa and chicken.
Sprinkle half the cheese evenly on crust. Arrange chicken mixture over cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut. Top with sour cream and salsa. Sprinkle with cilantro
