Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbls flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz cheese whiz
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2-10 oz pkgs cooked brocolli
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbls melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
2-10oz pkgs cooked brocolli and set aside. Saute 1/4 cup onion into 1/4 cup butter. Add 2 tbls flour, 1/2 cup milk and cook until it thickens. Add a 8oz cheesewhiz, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and stir until chese melts.
In bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add mix to eggs slowly and over brocolli. In casserole, add 1/2 bread crumbs on top and 2 tbls melted butter.
Bake 45 minutes at 325, uncovered.
