Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup shortening
• 2 eggs
• 2-1/4 cups flour
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• 1 Tsp Soda
• 1 Tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together the brown sugar, peanut butter and shortening. Add eggs and mix well.

In separate bow. mix dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry mixtures. Form into 1" balls.

Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork.

375 for 6-10 minutes
