- 11/4 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg (250 f.) cream cheese, softened
- Red food colouring (OPTIONAL)
- 1 cup "EAGLE BRAND" sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candy

Step 1
Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter Press onto bottom and three quarters of the way up the side of 9 inch spring form pan.
