Ingredients
- 3.4 oz (about 3/4 cup) flour
- 3.6 oz whole-wheat flour (about 3/4 cup)
- 3 T sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flours, sugar, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine buttermilk, oil, egg, and egg white. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
Heat nonstick griddle over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. Turn pancakes over when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Serve with syrup and butter.
