- 1/4 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup 2% milk

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Measure flour, baking powder and salt into bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture looks like meal. Stir in milk.

Round up dough on a lightly floured board and knead lightly 20 to 25 times. Roll or pat to 1 inch thick. Cut with a floured biscuit cutter.
