Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 Pork Tenderloin Chops (Boneless)
  • fresh green beans
  • fresh mushrooms
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large clove of fresh garlic
  • fresh onion
  • To taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder,and onion powder
  • 1 table spoon of Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Genorously season chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder,and onion powder, then brown in small amount of oil on each side.

place chops over the top of the potatoes in slow cooker.

pour water into the pan that the chops were browned in. I used about 1/2 C water. Heat water in pan and scpape up all the brown bits, mixing with water. Then mix this with the soup, garlic, and onion, and pour over the chops. This makes for much more flavor than plain water.

Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours.

Add green beans and mushrooms, and cook on High for 1 hour. Stir, remove from heat, and serve.
