Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground round
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 C. pittled black olives
- 1 T. vinegar
- 2 C. tomatoe sauce
- 2 T. chili powder
- 2 C. water
- 1 can kidney beans
- sharp cheddar cheese
- Saltine crackers (or Leslie Athey likes corn chips)

Step 1
Brown meat, onion & garlic. Add other ingrediets, cook for 15 minutes
Layer casserole dish with crushed saltines or cornchips, then meat sauce mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
