Ingredients

  • 3 cups baked mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Step 1

1Mix first 6 ingredients for the filling. Place in a greased casserole dish (I use an 8x8).2Mix remaining 4 ingredients for the topping.3Pour over filling mixture.4Bake at 350 for 30-40 minute or until light browning appears
