Ingredients
- 2 pound Hash Browns ; thawed
- 1/2 cup melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese ; shredded
- 1 can (12 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup-undiluted
- 1 pint Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Onions ; diced
- 2 cups Corn flakes ; crushed
- 1/4 cup Butter ; melted

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredientsw (except corn flakes and butter) and spread in a lasagna pan. Just before baking, top with corn flakes mixture.
This can be made in advance - just don't add corn flakes and butter until ready to bake.
You can divide recipe and freeze half. Bake 1/2 hour longer from frozen state.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
