Ingredients

  • 2 pound Hash Browns ; thawed
  • 1/2 cup melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese ; shredded
  • 1 can (12 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup-undiluted
  • 1 pint Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Onions ; diced
  • 2 cups Corn flakes ; crushed
  • 1/4 cup Butter ; melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredientsw (except corn flakes and butter) and spread in a lasagna pan. Just before baking, top with corn flakes mixture.

This can be made in advance - just don't add corn flakes and butter until ready to bake.

You can divide recipe and freeze half. Bake 1/2 hour longer from frozen state.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
