Ingredients
- 4 Pork chops, thin ; about 3/4 pound
- 2 teaspoon Peanut oil
- 2 small Onions ; 1 1/2 cups sliced
- 8 ounce Mushroom ; sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic ; minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 2 package Coleslaw mix ; 8 ounces each
- 1 bunch Scallions ; 1/2 cup, sliced
- 1/4 cup Dry sherry
- 2 teaspoon Dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce or plum sauce
- 8 small Flour tortillas ; 8"
- 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Trim and cut pork chops into 1/8 inch strips. Heat oil. cut onion in half and into strips; add to skllet. Add pork and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes until mushrooms begin to release moisture. Add garlic, ginger and slaw mix. Stir occasionally. Add sliced scallions.
Mix sherry and cornstarch together. Add to pan with soy and sesame oil. Cook until mixture thickens, about one minute.
Heat tortillas for a few seconds. Spread with hoisen sauce, top with pork mixture and roll up.
