Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Step 1
In large bowl mix cheese, eggs, flour, salt and sugar. (mixture will be thick). Melt butter in 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Drop five 1/2 cup mounds of cheese mixture in hot butter. Using a pancake turner, shape each mound into a 3 inch round patty. Fry 8-10 minutes until lightly browned, turning once. Remove patties to a warm platter and keep warm. Repeat with remaining mixture to make 10 patties. To serve dot with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar.
