Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1

Spoon drop in hot oil for deepfat frying. When golden brown spoon out onto a newspaper. Might have to help some over. While still hot, either shake in sugar, sugar and cinnamon, or powdered sugar. It's best to shake the donuts in a small brown paper bag with either sugar or sugar and cinnamon, or powdered sugar in it. If you don't have the bags, roll the donuts in a bowl of your favorite sugars.
