Ingredients

3-4 potatoes
4-6 slices dry bread
2 onions
1 egg
1/2 lb margarine
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp summer savory
2 tsp sage
salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes 20 mins
In saucepan saute margarine, onions and seasonings

Add egg to cooked potatoes and whip with masher
Add onion/seasoning mixture to potatoes
Add dried bread with fork
