Ingredients

3/4 c flour
1/2 c milk
1/4 c heavy cream
2 eggs
salt/pepper
1 tsp baking powder
olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the flour into milk. Add cream, eggs, seasonings and 1 tsp olive oil and powder. Dip cooked cardoons into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper toweling.
