Ingredients
- 6 minutes steaks
- 1 3oz. can (2/3 cups) broiled chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup snipped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
- 1 10 1/2oz. can of condensed veg. broth
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch

Step 1
Pound steaks if thick. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Sprinkle chopped mushrooms, parsley, onion and cheese over steaks, season lightly with salt and pepper. Starting at narrow end, tightly roll up each steak fasten with toothpicks. Brown steak rolls slowly in 2 tbsp hot fat in skillet. Add half of the veg. broth. Cover; simmer 30-45 minor till tender. Remove steaks to hot platter. Combine mushroom liquid and remaining broth-stir into skillet. Cook, stirring constantly-till thick spoon over meat rolls sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 6.
