Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 can brown beans (14 oz)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 can kidney beans (14 oz)
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3 squirts worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, green pepper, celery, zucchini and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomatoes and beans including liquid, mushrooms, vinegar and spices.
Simmer 1 hour. Remove bay leaf before serving. Thicken if desired.
