Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Grease a half-sheet jelly roll pan using butter.
3. Add dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with a spatula.
4. Add wet ingredients into mixing bowl with dry ingedients and mix well using hand. Butter and honey should be thoroughly and evenly mixed in.
5. Pour mixture into pan. Spread and press down with your palms. You do not need to fill the whole pan. Make the batter about 1/2-inch thick.
6. Bake 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let cool until warm to the touch.
8. Cut into bite-size bars.
