Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
120 g. pkg Stove Top Stuffing ( do not mix according to
directions on box)
1 cup water
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup Tex Mex Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix ground beef, Stove Top stuffing, water and chili powder together.

Press into muffin tin and make well in center of each.

Spoon salsa into each well.

Place in oven for 30 min.

Top with cheese and continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
