Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 T honey
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 large egg, beaten
- olive oil

Step 1
Mix; allow to rise for 45 minutes. Punch down, divide into 4, shape, and let rest for several minutes before putting topping on.
To bake, preheat pizza stone in 450 F oven (do not put pizza stone in preheated oven or it will explode/crack). Place pizza on stone for about 7-10 minutes (watch carefully so it doesn't burn). Enjoy!
NOTE: Helps to put pizza on parchment paper and then put toppings on and THEN put onto pizza stone to cook.
