  • 12 Eggs
  • 4 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, or Allspice

Step 1

Separate egg whites from yolks (2 bowls). Beat whites until stiff. Gradually beat in sugar and half of the powdered sugar.

Beat the yolks, milk, and the remainder of the sugar until the mixture is stiff.

Fold the mixtures together. Add cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, or allspice. Add 1/2 tsp. of baking soda to keep mixture from going flat if stored for a long time.

Combine batter in glass with ice and bourbon, whiskey, or rum.
