Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb rump roast
  • 1 medium onion (large dice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Spray pan with Pam. Place roast in pan (or dutch oven).
Place diced onions over top roast.
Mix all remaining ingredients.
Pour over roast
Roast at 350 F for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
