- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 T butter
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 t. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Microwave carrots in a small amount of water for 4 to 8 minutes or until just tender. In a skillet melt the butter with sugar and the lemon juice, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Add the carrots. Cook over low heat, stirring for 1 to 2 minutes, or until carrots are glazed evenly and heated through. Season with salt with pepper.
