Ingredients
- Bottom Layer
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- Middle Layer
- 1 large or 2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- Top Layer
- Cool Whip
- Chocolate syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Bottom layer: Boil together water and butter until butter is melted. Add flour and whisk to form a ball. Whisk in eggs. Spread in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from oven and cool.
Middle Layer: Mix together pudding, milk, creram cheese until smooth and spread over cooled crust.
Top Layer: Spread top with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
