Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 oz. roukeford pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbls chopped chives

Preparation
Step 1
Into a pot add heavy cream (reduced)
Add roukeford pieces - let melt into cream.]
Add salt and pepper.
When cheese is melted add chopped chives.
Turn off heat and pour sauce into a gravey boat.
Serve with steaks.
