- 1 1/4 cups self-rising buttermilk cornmeal mix
- 1 (15oz) can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray your choice of pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cornmeal mix, creamed corn, sour cream, oil, and eggs. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 minutes or til lightly browned.
