Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) brisket of beef
- Ingrdient A
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 green onions
- 2 slices ginger root
- 1 star anise
- Ingredient B
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cup peeled white radish, cut into pieces, cooked in water
- Ingredient C
- 1 tbsp water, 2tsp cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef into pieces. Cook beef and A, turning occasionally, until all sides are seased. Add 2 cup water, bring to boil. Cover, turn heat to low and cook until tender. Add B and cook 10 mins, or until liquid is reduced to 2/3 cup. Add misture C to thicken, stir and serve.
