Ingredients
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 6-oz can tomato paste
- 1 t salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 t dried basil
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/2 C finely minced green onion
- 1 C chicken broth
- Serve over rice or pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic briefly in oil. Stir in remaining ingredients except shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over hot vermicelli or thin spaghetti noodles (or rice).
