Ingredients

  • Left over Potatoes
  • 2 Tbs Sour Cream or Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 C milk
  • S and P
  • 1 3/4 lbs Hamb
  • 2 Carrots chopped (Opt)
  • 1/4 Onion chopped
  • 2 Tbs Butter or grease from Hamb
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 3/4 C Beef Broth
  • 1 Tbs Tomato Paste
  • 1/3 C Ketchup
  • 1/2 C Frozen Peas
  • 1/2 C Frozen Corn
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbs Parsley
  • Sliced Cheese
  • S and P

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream/cream cheese, egg yolk, S and P, and milk. Brown Hamb, S and P. Add frozen veggies, carrots and onion. Cook all together. In small pan on med heat add butter/grease and flour. Whisk in broth, tomato paste and ketchup. Thicken and add to meat mixture. Put meat mixture in a pie plate. Top with potatoe mixture. Top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins.
