Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 container (8 ounces) non-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar

Step 1
1. Beat heavy cream, sour cream and confectioners’’ sugar in large bowl until soft peaks form.
2. Refrigerate, covered, several hours for flavors to develop. Use as filling for fruit tartlets or spread on biscuits and scones.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
