Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chick peas ( 1 c. dried -- cook in pressure cooker 35 min with 4 c. water and 1 TB oil)
- 2 TB tahini
- 2 TB olive oil
- juice from half a lemon
- garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup water
