Ingredients
- 3/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. jumbo chocolate chip morsels
- 1-3/4 c. flour mixed with
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Layer ingredients in order in a quart wide mouth canning jar. Instructions to attach to jar:
Empty jar of cookie mix into large mixing bowl. Add 1-1/2 sticks butter or margarine, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix until completed blended. Shape into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Makes 3 doz. cookies.
