Farmers Market Pimento Cheese Spread

In a medium sized bowl grate cheese, and stir in mayonnaise
- 8 ounces white aged cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, finely diced (green tops only)
- 2 tablespoons drained pimento pepper slices
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon and Apple Cider Dressing

Place spinach into a large bowl
- 10 ounces pre-washed baby spinach
- 2 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 3 ounces Canadian bacon, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 pound button mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Peppermint Bark

- Crushed candy canes, to yield 1 cup
- 2 pounds white chocolate
- Peppermint flavorings, optional

In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups oatmeal
- Waxed paper
Sugar and nut Glazed Brie

In a small bowl stir together the sugar, nuts, and brandy
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 (14-ounce) round brie
- Apple wedges, for serving
- Pear wedges, for serving
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Crackers, for serving
Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cakes

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

- 2 pounds fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut up
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing the casserole
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts

- 1 cup chopped yellow onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 pound roughly chopped cooked shrimp
- 1 cup (1/2-inch) cubes rindless Brie
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack
- 1 (6 1/2-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 strips bacon, fried crisp, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
