Spinach Salad

Mix all ingredients together and serve
- Spinach, torn up in a bowl
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 8-10 slices bacon, fried crispy and crumbled (or use Bac-O's)
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup splenda
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 tsp grey poupon mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed
- dash of salt and pepper
Garlic Chicken Pasta Bowl (Tyler's favorite)

Cook pasta and drain. Return to pan and cover
- 2 1/2 cup dry whole grain rigatoni pasta
- 12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 can french style green beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Lobster Bisque

Combine all ingredients. Heat while stirring
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans milk
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper seeds
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 pkg crab meat
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Chicken Casserole

Boil chicken 20 mins. Debone and chop
- 3 split chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick melted butter
Corn for the Freezer

Cut enough corn off cob to fill 4 quarts
- 3 dozen ears of corn
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 stick of butter
Hollandaise Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and thicken on the stove
- 1 stick butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (I use 2 Tbsp)
Pizza Chili

Brown your ground meat on the stovetop, and drain any accumulated grease
- 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans (and the goop)
- 1 (14-ounce) jar premade pizza sauce
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced (I didn't put the pepper in)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 25 pepperoni slices ( cut in quarters of buy mini)
- 1 cup water
- shredded mozzarella and/or Parmesan cheese (for serving; optional)
Whipped Cream Frosting

a light creamy frosting with several variations, all you need is the cake
- Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream, well chilled
- 1 cup sifted icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Variations
- Chocolate
- 1/2 cup cocoa, sifted in with in the icing sugar
- Coffee
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in the cream
- Lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 finely grated lemon, rind of, in place of the vanilla
- Orange
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 finely grated orange, rind of, in place of the vanilla
- Nut
- 1 teaspoon almond extract, in place of the vanilla
- 3/4 cup minced nuts, of your choice,folded in
- Tipsy
- 1 -2 tablespoon brandy or 1 -2 tablespoon rum or 1 -2 tablespoon Bourbon, in place of the vanilla ( For extra tipsy, pierce the cake layers and dribble with more of the same type of liquor and let sta)

- 1 teaspoon season salt (I didn't add)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (I didn't add)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (I didn't add)
- 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons canola oil (I didn't add)
- 3 cups water
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sliced fresh carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon beef base (I use Better Than Bouillon)
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained (I use frozen corn)
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained (I used my own canned tomatoes for diced and the juice)
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 can (8-1/2 ounces) peas, drained
- 3/4 cup medium pearl barley
- 1 teaspoon salt
