Pizza Spice Blend

blend together and use as needed

- - sun dried tomatoes

Sesame seed crusted shrimp with sesame noodles

Mix eggs with 1 T water and set aside
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup hulled sesame seeds
- 2 T all-purpose flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t ground pepper
- 1/4 t five-spice powder
- 12 large shrimp (aprox 1/2 lb), peeled and deveined
- 3/4 c vegi oil
- sesame noodles (see recipe)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix everything adding meat and oats last
- 2 pounds ground bison or camel
- 1 large onion, chopped into small pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 large sweet potato, cooked and smashed
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp sage or savory or both
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Glaze
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
Red Chileatole with Fall Vegetables

Cut off kernels from 1 ear corn
- 3 freshly shucked corn cobs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 dried ancho chiles (3 ounces), stemmed, seeded, and each torn into several pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 medium white onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 1/2 quart vegetable broth (48 fluid ounces)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons masa harina
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 6 ounces green beans or sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved or cut into thirds (2 cups)
- 1/2 pound fingerling potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 large sprigs fresh epazote (each 12 to 16 inches long) or fresh flat-leaf parsley sprigs
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt, or to taste
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
