Shrimp and Angel Hair Fra Diavolo

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic (about 9 cloves)
- 2 to 3 teaspoons crushed red pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more for the pasta water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, optional
Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Basil-Curry Mayonnaise

For the beef: Arrange an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
