- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 egg yolks (the addition of yolks in beef helps prevent breakage.)
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 6 Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil Diced or season with my chipotle marinade
